Timings for Diving

Construction and Interior

The Sipadan Kapalai Dive Resort, built on stilts with almost 41 discrete chalets, is a charming wooden water village; each chalet has a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. To be more specific, all the chalets have their own fan cooling, a beautiful balcony with chairs that offers the perfect sea view, fully equipped bathrooms, and all the required bedroom furniture, a cozy and spacious seating area.

The dive boats are the most contemporary ones with twin engine and can contain as many as 10 divers per boat. Not only do these dive boats offer snacks and refreshments between the dives, but unlike the boats belonging to other resorts, this one returns to its resort in the lunch time. This entire boat journey takes up to 15 minutes in total.

You will get an opportunity to experience all the night dives and day dives, all free of cost, even if you have a dive buddy, so you only need to pay for your accommodation at the resort which is quite afforadable.

Food

Precautions and Measures

To ensure the diver’s safety, each dive boat comes with a dive master and sufficient supply of oxygen. For emergencies, other than those related to scuba diving, there is a hospital in Semporna nearby. Moreover, while you are away, the resort has made secure boxes in the reception where you could store your valuable belongings, while you are away enjoying the diving sessions. And as for the Police services, there is a helpline for you to reach them whenever need be, they are active service 24/7.
